SHIPPING

UK orders processed by 2pm on any business day will be shipped the same day. International orders and UK orders processed after 2pm on any business day will be shipped either the same day or next business day.

Orders will ship with Royal Mail or by an alternative courier depending on the weight and destination of the order.

All postage and packaging costs are calculated by weight and destination.

No order will be processed unless payment is received in full.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

New Spirit Naturals Ltd supplements are compliant with UK and EU regulations. Other countries may have additional regulations. Please check the regulations in the country you are shipping to before placing your order. At this time we can only ship International orders under 2kg in weight and EU orders with pre-tax products under the value of £130.00 (€150).

We are currently unable to ship to some EU countries due to issues being experienced at customs. This is out of our control and we apologise for any inconvenience this is causing to our valued EU customers.

REFUNDS

New Spirit Naturals Ltd guarantees each product for its quality and workmanship. If the product you have purchased is found to be unsatisfactory, defective or damaged it may be returned to New Spirit Naturals Ltd within 30 days from the date of purchase for a credit or full refund.

Please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to return the product at no cost to you.

This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused or to 3rd party sales.

BACKORDERS

New Spirit Naturals Ltd endeavours to avoid back orders. Should a product that you order be placed on backorder you will be notified on your invoice. Once the product becomes available it will be automatically shipped, at no extra charge, with a copy of your original invoice.

EXCHANGES

New Spirit Naturals Ltd will not accept for exchange any opened or discontinued items or any item later than 30 days past the date of purchase. Customers may return the product via Royal Mail; all postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product to be exchanged is received, New Spirit Naturals Ltd will ship your new order to you. All postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Product exchanges and product credits relating to product exchanges do not carry any bonus value.
